Privacy & data sources

This campaign is a commercial message about a single listing, sent to licensed real-estate professionals. This page explains where the contact data came from, how recipients were selected, what the forms collect, and how to correct a record or stop hearing from us.

Why you received this

Your recent buyer-side activity appears relevant to this home's price, property type, or likely relocation corridor.

Selection is based only on professional activity in public and licensed records. It does not use, and is not a proxy for, any protected characteristic of any buyer or agent.

How selection works

Selection is objective and explainable. A recipient is included because of professional activity recorded in public and licensed sources — the price band, property type, or relocation corridor their recent buyer-side work touches.

Selection does not use, and is not a proxy for, any protected characteristic of any buyer or of any agent. No buyer identity and no buyer financial detail is used to build a segment, and campaign tracking tokens identify only the campaign and the agent — they never encode buyer personal information.

What the forms collect

The agent response form on the offer page asks only for what is needed to verify a license and route a reply:

  • Agent name, brokerage, work email, and phone.
  • License state and license number, so the listing brokerage can verify the license.
  • The response type selected, and permission to follow up about this property and offer.

It does not ask for buyer identity or buyer financial details. Buyer permission is required before any identifying buyer information is shared, and that happens later, off-form, between brokerages.

The correction and wrong-segment forms ask for strictly less: a name, a work email, and what is wrong. Licence details are required only where a payment can follow, never in order to exercise a data right.

The public property page’s showing request collects a name, email, phone, preferred date, and the type of request. Both forms are timestamped on the server when they are received, because registration timing is legally material to the referral lane.

Website analytics

We use PostHog to understand visits, property engagement, and form completion. When you open a link issued to an outreach recipient, we associate activity with that recipient’s work email, name and brokerage where available, and a campaign recipient identifier. A forwarded link is attributed to the recipient it was issued to.

Raw private access tokens, form messages, buyer details, and license numbers are excluded from PostHog. Opt-out completion events contain no email address. Session recording is disabled.

Correct your record, or stop the messages

If a record is wrong, if the segment is wrong, or if you want no further contact, use the paths below. Opting out is automatic and immediate: the address is written to global suppression when you submit, not queued for review.

Suppression also halts the sequence automatically on a reply, a hard bounce, a spam complaint, or a known representation conflict. Written requests may be sent to the homeowner at 1105 Glenview Drive, Nashville, TN 37206.
